These classes welcome and affirm people of all fitness levels, genders, body types, and backgrounds. Just show up ready to have fun and learn something new! Exercise or yoga wear is recommended. Bare feet or indoor-only dance shoes.

Community Yoga is an all levels class that includes physical postures (asana) and breath work (pranayama) designed to help you find space and strength in your body and spirit. All are welcome!
Starting January 11 at 9:30 AM (60 min), Caitlin will be offering Community Yoga on the second Saturday of each month, through June.
Learn some of the foundation movements of ballet--and how to do them safely for all bodies. Ballet will leave you feeling taller and stronger. Open to people of all ages and genders, this class develops both the brain and the body! Exercise/yoga wear and non-grippy socks or ballet slippers recommended. Total beginners welcome!
